The timetable
We understand the importance of both the technical and physical aspects of your tennis training – and for this reason we separate your sessions in order to achieve the best results.
When I was playing professionally my fitness sessions were programmed after three hours of court time – This does not produce optimal results.
I have read in interviews that Rafa Nadal and Justine Henin recommend this same timetable as the best way to improve in both aspects.
Court Time
From 10:00 to 13:00
Fitness
From 15:30 to 17:30
Exact training details will vary according to the needs of individual Players.
Why??
When i was a player i always did the fitness after 3 hours in the court so i was very tired to get my best high intensive in my workout of weights or running.
Other thing important the player have enough time to recuperate for the next day and to be in the best conditions to do a good training.
