1. You can have a good mind and good technical skill but if you can’t reach the ball well it,s impossible hit the ball well.
We have a training system which looks at the necessity of each person at each particular moment in time. Your tennis (like everything else in your life) is a result of CAUSE AND EFFECT
Both the goal and the method is not to be better that the other player, but to be BETTER THAN YOURSELF.
Because: You can always Improve!!

2. At tournament level there are many Players with a lot of Technical skill/Talent but with no ‘Head’.
3. When you have fitness and Mental strength Technical skill will make the difference.
Q: ¿Between two evenly matched players – who wins? ¿The player who hits harder or plays more beautifully?
A: The player who makes the least mistakes and has a better percentage of winners.
Q: If we base our game on emotions and have no system our tactics will depend on how we feel that day.
A: Not a reliable method for the long-term!!
To be a Professional Athlete is a 24 hours a day job. AND it is even more important what you do outside the court than on the court.
Good rest and good nutrition are essential to becoming a great player.
